The last date of receipt of application of Society For Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering & Research(SAMEER)is 16th August 2011. SAMEER is an autonomous Scientific Institute of the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information technology, is a premier Research & Development Institution of the Government of India.
The details of Application and Posts available in SAMEER are given below:
I. Scientist ‘B’ – 4 Posts, Pay Band- 15600-39100 + Grade Pay – 5400. Essential Qualification is BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% Marks. Discipline Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering. Areas of Work and experience. Millimeter wave Technology, RF & Microwave.
II. Scientific Assistant ‘A’ – 2 Posts, Pay Band -5200-20200 + Grade pay-2800. Qualification will be First Class Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from recognized institutes.
III. Tradesman ‘A’ – 5 Posts, Pay Band -5200-20200 + Grade Pay -1900. Qualification required is Madhyamik/SSC with First Class ITI in trades (a) Turner,(b) Fitter,(c)Machinist, (d) CNC VMC operator (e) CNC Wirecut/EDM operator, from recognized institutions Experience and trade in precision fabrication & assembly is desirable.
IV. Project Assistant (Contract) – 1 post, salary of Rs.10470, with First class Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institution. Areas of work and experience Managing all computer related maintenance both hardware and software. One year Experience is desirable.
